7月27日の記事にもあるように、３枚目のニューアルバム"Ave Maria"は10月発売....と本人が語っていますが、11月20日発売だそうです。内容からクリスマス関係のアルバムが売れる時期に合わせたのかもしれません。ずいぶんと先ですが、日本Amazonでも予約(イギリスからの輸入盤)できるようになっています。いつもですがドイツ国内ではほんのちょっと早く発売(2012.11/16)されるようです。

• For his third album on Sony Classical, Grigolo releases a recording of sacred music that captures the Italian Tenor’s incredible background story. Schooled in the Sistine Chapel Choir, Vittorio returns to Rome and his childhood choir to present a special collection of beautiful, serene and spiritual songs that played a large role in his musical beginnings. The songs chosen have a very personal connection to Vittorio. Hand-selected musical gems appear newly arranged and combined with eternally popular “holy hits” such as Schubert’s “Ave Maria”, Franck’s “Panis Angelicus”, Verdi’s “Ingemisco” and Mozart’s “Ave verum Corpus”. Vittorio is joined by conductor Fabio Cerroni , a fellow chorister from his days at the Sistine chapel, who is currently Solorepetitor and assistant conductor of the Bavarian State Opera in Munich.
